Hope it's ok to put this here.
My DD1 has been promoted at work. We are so pleased for her. She has had a couple of really horrible years which she has come through with dignity and a positive attitude. She works so hard and also copes as a single ( not through choice) mum. So proud of her.

Well done our girls! How lovely to read these stories - our daughters work so hard and deserve their successes. sunshine

Same here. My DD has been fighting our local Health Trust for a year to get funding for a little known condition which we think my DGS is suffering from.

My DD has to fight like mad to get the necessary support for her autistic son. Appointments are set up and then cancelled at the last minute which is very frustrating particularly when early intervention is so important with this condition. I am so proud of my daughter as she used to be afraid to say boo to a goose. I am also proud of my 5 year old granddaughter for the care and support she gives to her twin. She is very tolerant and never complains about the extra attention he gets.

What a clever lot you all are to bring up such talented daughters. Well done you. I have no idea what it feels like as I have sons.
