Good morning to you all. It is a glorious day in bonnie Kintyre. As was yesterday, when I met Bags for lunch in Inveraray, Will upload a few photos soon.

Morning anno the sun is now shining and there is a light breeze .

It is a perfect summer's day here in London with a gentle breeze to dry my washing on line. I am hoping that it will be a scorcher.

In my bit of Northumberland the sun is desperately trying to come out, but in any case it is nicer than it was yesterday (that wouldn't be difficult!).

DGD 1's first birthday at the weekend and 28 family, friends and children going to my DS's house - so definitely hoping for a warm and sunny weekend for him.

Dull and grey here but at least I'm not watching cricket!

It's supposed to be wall to wall sunshine here in Cheshire, but it's dull and quite cool.

Morning everyone grey skies and a chilly breeze here in Cheshire. I'm baking fig pies for our annual village wakes which takes place on Saturday. We don't eat the pies, we actually roll them down a hill, it's great fun.
