No point. It's blocked solid and only soak away anyway. Inefficient doesn't work, but house has stood for 200years+ anyway.

Good afternoon. Sorry to hear of all the problems caused by the bad weather.
DH and I have come to Gozo (20 minute ferry trip from Malta) for a couple of days and so far it is very wet. Am sitting in the hotel a bit miffed at having to pay 5euro for the wifi which was advertised as 'free'. Apparently it is only free in public areas.

Good news here! - lengthsman has been and dug out blocked pipe under the road that was causing the mayhem. OH sleeping at last.

It's been bright and sunny here today. Gets up to about 13 degrees at moment. Mind you, sometimes that's warmer than our back bedroom!
