Has anyone done the Eysenck test, which looks at introvert/extravert, neurotic/stable? Helps you plot where you come with more scope. I usually get introvert, but depends on mood (and more on the stable side with Eysenck).

I remember that in my Dip Ed Psychology class (many years ago) we did an extroversion/introversion test and I came out on the cusp.

100% introvert and shy and lacking confidence as well! I don't panic when the phone rings - I panic when I have to make a phone call!! I have to work out exactly what I have to say and get the call over and done with as soon as possible.

Despite being very shy and unconfident ( I have been known to duck out of social engagements or have to take a deep breath and steel myself) I seem to be slightly more of an extrovert- strange. I didn't need to click the link, I'm very introverted and a bit Asperger's too. I wouldn't want to be out-going, imagine the horror of enjoying parties!

Always known I am an introvert. Glad to know the phone phobia isn't just me though. I panic when it rings and never answer unless it is a number I recognise. Sometimes not even then.
