Grandparents in the future

I just wonder the same nonnie. Family has always been important to me, and our daughter seems to feel the same way, but there are so many more opportunities for young people to travel and make a new life for themselves in other countries that perhaps it will become almost impossible to care for and help in the way we know.

Most of us would do anything in our power for our children and grandchildren but DH and I were chatting this morning and we wondered if in the future children and grandchildren will do the same for theirs.

We were brought up to feel that family mattered and that it was natural to do all we could to help each other. Is that still the same? Are the next generation focussed in the same way?
