I make lists but they are usually too long so I don't get everything done and instead of congratulating myself on the things I did get done I beat myself up for failing to do them all!
The next days list is then added on so the list just gets longer and longer, sometimes I feel like I am drowning under all the things that I haven't managed to get done. The funny thing is, they are never anything vitally important - things like shredding old documents and sorting things for the charity shop.
