Simple pleasures

Hearing the cuckoo, which has been going berserk every day for the last week. It's the sound of my childhood and whenever I have had to live away from water, I have so missed it.

In which case I would never ever be able to have a glass of red...

I agree BeeWitch but I would add either a cup of Lady Grey Tea or a glass of wine. In fact within 5 minutes that is exactly what I will be doing.

My simple pleasure is settling down for an uninterrupted read with a favourite book ...

We did the front patio and steps leading up to our apartment over the week-end surprising how nice weather gives you the urge to Spring clean,everything looks so much better now.

Oh I must get one! Back patio faces North, covered in green mould/moss yuk! Have seen some expensive power washers, but I only have a small area so would a cheaper one work just as well?
Any recommendations?

I agree, hubby doesn't.

We are just taking 'a moment' his chain saw has just blown up. He finds it so funny' NOT.

I love it too..... not enough 'water play' as an Infant, I suspect!
