There's no question of payment. It's something voluntary I'm doing for a qualification, in order to help others, but the rigidity of the bureaucracy regarding paperwork I have to present is ridiculous. I've explained that writing by hand is painful. I've explained that filling in the dratted forms on the computer is not working and I've better things to do with my time, so why can't they accept the work I've done on (shock! horror!) other pieces of paper.
And all this after course tutors stressing the importance of accommodating people's disabilities/heath problems.
