Season of goodwill

I would like to make a suggestion
We have had some lively conversations (!) especially on the political threads recently and I for one am prepared to put my hand up to being critical tchblush intemperatetchblush even downright ratty tchblush
Reading about the many sadnesses and worries and problems which beset many of us makes me bl**dy grateful for what I have got.
So ......
I am suggesting, and I will do my very very best to stick to this, to be patient and nice and not rise to real or imagined criticism this Festive Season tchsmile
Who knows? I might even manage a New Year's Resolution along the same lines?

As I am feeling rather miserable at present (me feeling miserable with myself rather than other people.) I read what troubles others have had this year and so I feel guilty for feeling sorry for myself.

I will do my best not to get exasperated and make snide remarks at anyone. #littlehaloemoticon.

I think that an excellent idea.

We need a sort of swear box for anyone judged to be out of order.

I am so out of sorts with myself ( and other things) that I am also prepared to do the same. So easy for me as I NEVER join any contentious or political threads and I don't know the meaning of snide.tchgrin
