I made a Moussaka from the Anthony Worrall Thompson 'The ABC of AWT' cookery book, and I have to say it tasted bladdy amazing.
Sometimes I get it spot on and other times fail miserably. Interestingly it's the recipes with expensive ingredients that tend to go the wrong way for me.
Having said all of that my grandson had gone home when I made it, but the Lego remains everywhere
