Sad day today

It was 4 years ago today that Sil died from a pulmonary embolism following surgery for a ruptured disc. So unexpected. I cannot begin to say how proud I am of my daughter and small granddaughter (age 10) for the way in which they have rebuilt their lives. Dd also has health issues of her own to contend with which hasn't made things any easier for her. Life is what we make it. Seize the day everyone.

I know the fear of this condition, I am recovering from it myself at present, I was lucky.

Katek having also lost a son in law I have some idea of how you're feeling. The anniversaries do tend to hook into the memories don't they? I expect your daughter and granddaughter have benefited from your support and are very grateful for it. flowers
