Morning Mick! It's the same on the trains, only it's not just the youngsters. I've often been the only one in a carriage looking out of the window admiring the view - or just daydreaming! Sign of the times

Squiffy, I love gazing out of train windows and day dreaming, if the train slows down (main line into City of London), I imagine who lives in the houses, love looking at their gardens etc.

I can remember being told frequently to get my nose out of a book and see what is going on around me as a child.

iPhones are here to stay - that is until the next "new gadget" arrives on the scene and we are led to believe that we cannot live without it!!!

I would like to think! Mick that them being on their iPhones would lead to a quieter bus ride for the rest of us, but I suppose that’s optimistic! The last time I was on a bus full of school children I couldn’t hear myself think and it felt like a riot situation!!

Why do many people always believe that when they see someone using a phone that it is always an Apple IPhone. Nearly ninety percent of all the mobile phones that are sold throughout the world operate on the Google Android operating system and are manufactured by Samsung, Motorola, Huawei, Levono etc.

I believe the BBC was recently taken to task over continually referring to all phones as iPhones. I have always been an Android phone fan as anyone can get as good a phone as an IPhone at half the price.

Google has also done much in developing countries to bring connectivity to remote village areas etc, and in that very much improve peoples lives.

But isn’t the same as referring to a vacuum cleaner as a Hoover?
Does anybody seriously talk about Dysoning their sitting room?

From what I can see with GD Apple iphone is the must have and saved up to pay for it herself when her parents told her any workable phone would do
