Did you like writing research papers during your studying?

I started my degree sociology and politics as a mature student. I dropped sociology the second year. I enjoyed the research it involved statistical analysis a subject I never thought I would enjoy.
There were many presentations a necessary part of the course. I absolutely hated them and they took me well out of my comfort zone.
After graduating I went on to further study which involved more research and experimentation. I like being left to my own devices to do any kind of research it's so interesting.
