I too must say your recent news shocked me Ann and I offer you my sincerest condolences.In truth you lost your dear husband a while ago when this illness took over.Yet this one final loss must be tne most difficult yet.You have had such a traumatic time,but how fortunate that you were there alongside him during those last moments.That will mean so very much and leave you some inner peace I hope.

Ann, I have only read your sad news this morning. I'm so sad for you and your family who will I know be of great support to you and each other. Wish I could give you a real (((hug))).

Dear Ann I too have just this minute read your latest news. So very sorry to hear that your dear husband, the person you have loved and cared for throughout many long years - especially throughout the most stressful and heartbreaking recent months - has died. I am glad that you were together at the end and that he died peacefully. My heart goes out to you. I wish that I could hold you close and gently hug you.

I shall take myself off for a wee lie down. Ann's news is uppermost in our minds.

I shall tell you all about the hospital visit tomorrow. This is where I shall log off. My love to you all.

In time to come, when you look back on this sad time, you will derive great solace from the fact that you did your utmost to give him care and comfort and that you were holding his hand at the end.
Lean on your family and show yourself some of the kindness you gave to your dear man.
