Your ideal gathering/dinner party...who would you invite, family excepted?

I don't do dinner parties, but if I did....I'd invite:

Chris Packham
Greta Thunberg
Alison Steadman
Brenda Blethyn
Timothy Spall
Jeremy Corbyn

There are many others I'd also want to meet, but those were at the top of my head this morning.....interested to know others' potential guests!

I agree with your list. I'd invite JC too then lock him in my attic so the Labour Party could get on and choose an actual opposition leader - who could LEAD and OPPOSE

Not a dinner party but when my daughter tried to force me into a 65th Birthday party I finally gave in.Only if she could get Paolo Nutini and Eric Bibb to perform at it ,result .We had a lovely family dinner insteadc

paperbackwriter did you ever hear Keef on Desert Island Discs? It was wonderful, he came across as genuine, with a huge love for his family, his Mother and grandparents in particular. And his laugh......grin.
