Hotel question

Never like leaving "marks" on the toilet bowl when I stay away.
I stayed at one owner type B and B and I said,there was no Sanitary brush.
Owner said new rules state Sanitary brush's are not allowed to be in the toilets.
It seems travelodge don't have ST either.
Yet other owner owned B and B's have Sanitary brush's.
Could any one clarify?

Infoman has asked a number of questions on Gransnet and commented on others - shooting stars and contactless payments for example.
It doesn't mean infoman is a man just because "man" is in the name.

Apologies are due, Infoman, but I personally still find question the question unnecessarily weird. It starts off ok though, ‘Hotel question’ ! Each to their own I suppose.
