I wonder how they are going to police that?
As police don't now have any powers to stop and question people,
Everything they say doesn't make sense, and is contradictory

Davida1968 that brought up so many hilarious images. It could start a whole new Kama Sutra - positions according to the social distancing rules grin grin grin

Oh my goodness, I’m supposed to be working but the replies have made me Chuckle! Waitrose car park? Really? I have really been missing out by doing inline shopping ?

This song by Fascinating Aida is wickedly funny. But perhaps not for those of a sensitive nature

Grannynannywanny Thanks for the link! I absolutely love Dilly Keane - she is a genius!

Grannynannywanny Tue 02-Jun-20 14:09:46

Paperbackwriter I agree. I hadn’t watched that performance for a few years but this thread reminded me of it.

The tears were running down my face listening to her again.

I expect you would need to warn the other household otherwise they would be quite taken aback especially if in the middle of Emmerdale.

I think the amorous couple in Waitrose chose there so as not to be recognised.

I am sure groups of six in the ope air would be quite safe as long as full PPE was worn?

Callistemon Tue 02-Jun-20 15:03:46

Keeper1 thanks for the giggle

Brilliant fun ?

JenniferEccles Tue 02-Jun-20 16:38:56

I have just read SussexBorn’s post again and it appears there were TWO couples in two cars having sex in the Waitrose car park ?!! At least that’s how I read it.

My local one is very boring. Nothing like that going on at all, unless of course that’s what everyone is queuing for!!

I will pay more attention on Friday ?

Meta Tue 02-Jun-20 16:39:36

Laughed when I read “how will anyone know?”- you’ve obviously never lived next door to our previous neighbour then? Will say no more!

Sing19 Tue 02-Jun-20 16:52:51

@Sussexborn "too busy looking for the middle isle" Euphemism? ?

hulahoop Tue 02-Jun-20 16:56:49

Other joke is Out of my relations I like sexual the best ?

BBbevan Tue 02-Jun-20 17:55:54

Keeper some people might like to wear PPE anyway. Regardless of COVID. Make a change from nurses or waitresses .

Shelleyb Tue 02-Jun-20 17:56:08

I’d better close the windows if the police hear my hubby on his gym equipment they’ll think he’s having an orgy.

GreenGran78 Tue 02-Jun-20 19:31:23

Maybe the two couples at Waitrose had a BOGOF?

What’s the betting that there is a sudden increase in the birth rate in around 6-7 months.

Incidentally, the 7 dwarves have just found out that 6 people can now meet together. One of them is not happy!

I sent my husband down to our local Sainsbury to get a Quiche Lorraine. By the time I realised my mistake and called him on his mobile it was too late - I was just in time to hear Lorraine, on the deli, slap his face as he asked her for a quickie.

I always find the shoppers in Lidl to be a far better class of person - take a look at the contributions to the Food Bank basket. It’s full of things that people eat - unlike the six pack of beans that some Waitrose shoppers heave into the basket whilst they are virtue signalling their ‘contribution intentions’.
Shame on you all!
Lidl and Aldi provide fantastic food at a price that people can afford. So much for let’s applaud essential workers - they are the people who have limited shopping choices. You see them in every aisle and queue. X
