Perhaps I'm just weird.....?

I have just been going through our huge CD collection as there is no way I can take it all with me when I move. My late OH and I accumulated so much music and it covers just about every genre - a huge collection of classics of every era (with a particular emphasis on early music, Bach, and early twentieth century music), folk, lots of 60s music - you name it, it is there.

I have been searching on Spotify and have made a list of all the CDs that can be streamed from there, so that the original CDs can go to a charity shop.

Variety is the spice of life and all that.

My late mother in law had a great voice and loved to mimic Gracie Fields. Whenever we were doing the washing up after Sunday lunch she would entertain the kids by getting them to sing along to 'Wish Me Luck as You Wave Me Goodbye' then without warning break off into 'Queen of the Night.' They would beg for more.

I like the advert for the music, but it doesn’t make much sense to me (the advert).

I can’t remember what it’s actually advertising either, which rather defeats the object.

The advert is for Alexa and how you can make play lists. You can then tell her to play the list you want, such as Christmas playlist or Summer playlist. My OH and I have Hazbeens happy playlist and Mr Hazbeens working playlist!
