Oops! Sorry to have kept you waiting on the new doorstep. Come on in and let's celebrate our new kitchen.
Happy Anniversary soop and MacS and wishing you both a year of good (or better) health. ?
Happy Anniversary to the Soops, enjoy your day.
The news is so depressing for us all.
I dare not get excited about my op, a week tomorrow, as I am convinced it will be cancelled again.
I went for the pre-op in Monday and have had two phone appointments.
I go for second pre-op and Covid test on Tuesday, it was on that day last time that I got an early phone call telling me not to attend as the op was cancelled.
Hope all are coping with illness, worry and all that life is throwing at us.
A very happy anniversary to you both, soop and macs.
Off to have my neck sorted now, or I hope it will be
.
TOYA. .
Happy anniversary from me too, soop and MacS - have a lovely day.
Let us know what happens with Hattie, maw.
Hi n&g - lovely to see you.
It must have been nice while it lasted NannyT.
Happy anniversary soop please have a quiet day.
TOYA
Morning all,
Just wanted to wish you the best of outcomes with Hattie Maw .
Happy Anniversary Soop and MacS , may you have the best of days together.
It remains quiet here in deepest darkest Norfolk but sending best wishes to you all x
Just popping in to wish soop and MacSporran the very happiest of wedding anniversaries. A very special couple who deserve a very special day. Much love and congratulations on 32 wonderful years, and many more to come.???
Wishing only good stuff for you today, dragonfly. Let us know how it goes?
Go, go, go Izabella we know you can do it xx
Words fail me, NannyT, just as well you’re a big girl. BUT, there will be other times and you will be able to go back. ?
? Sending a four-leafed clover for you dragonfly.
Will be thinking of you and hoping for good news after your appointment. ?
Good morning so sorry to hear your holiday has been cut short Topsy. Conwy is such a lovely place.
I hope Hattie continues to improve Maw and they find nothing seriously wrong.

I am seeing my surgeon today, a year after my op. I am feeling pretty nervous and hoping all is well. Have to go alone due to Covid.
Galen

Say not in grief he is no more
But live in thankfulness, that he was
What a shame nannyt, you must be more than disappointed. That view is beautiful. You’re right, ann, interesting times indeed.
So sad for you NannyT Conwy is one of my very favourite places.
How mean of the Powers that be to spoil your break.
Life is indeed difficult.
I think we have all been put under the Chinese curse “May you live in interesting times”.
I’m awake very early so I have managed to catch up on all the goings on. We made it to Conwy and the hotel is just what we needed. Sadly, the Welsh Government has closed all hotels to visitors from outside the area so we have to go home early. Such a disappointment as the weather is just coming good.
I know it doesn’t equal Soop’s views but this is our sunset view.
TOYA
Hello new kitchen. I hadn’t realised you’d moved and I have so much to catch up on.
callgirl I hope Lynne is ok and getting better now,
Poor Hattie needs a woolly jumper Maw. Hope all is well.

soop those photos are amazing. Hope you and MacSporran are ok.
Kitty, Wolfie is gorgeous. ?
Susan lovely to see little Henry looking so happy on his first birthday.
izabella congratulations on your anniversary. What a brave and inspiring lady you are. Good luck with the marathon.
Galen
Hope those young men you’ve had around for a couple of weeks don’t polish off all the cake.
Take care all,
TOYA ?
Well I’ve got through what would have been my 53rd wedding anniversary day unscathed.
I’ve made 2 Lemon Drizzle Cakes so here’s one for the kitchen.
Wishing the best for that very energetic dog Hattie Maw l love her relaxed poses. Makes my bones melt looking at her
Wishing Hattie well, maw, can understand the wobble, hang on in there. Sending love, a hug for you and a gentle pat for Hattie.
Hattie ?
Please keep positive MawB about your Hattie.
Is the appointment very long to wait?
As you say she seems better - and you know as you are with her every day.
Yes, the Vet’s treatments is expensive but they know so much, and can test, scan and manage treatment regimes just as they do for humans. Whether their name is Fitzpatrick, Davies or Ana (our excellent Spanish vet).
Do you have to wait long for the appointment?
Hug for you, and scruff-on-neck to dear Hattie. H
Hello GrannySomerset, our posts crossed.
Maw If Davies's are on par with Noel Fitzpatrick, our Hattie will be in the best possible hands. Hattie is a star. As such, she's beyond special. I'm thankful that you have a good, kind friend to accompany you during the long drive.
I am logging off for today. I shall return tomorrow. Group (((hugs))) for all who need them.

We all hope the delightful Hattie gets her expensive clean bill of health and are wishing you both all the best. Glad you will have a sensible and supportive friend with you. Fingers crossed!
Grandmabatty When the Covid thingy is under control, we are wishing to spend a long weekend in Stirling. We must not lose sight of the eventual return of the good times.
Hattie’s appointment with a specialist has come through and I have been having a wobble.
If she hadn’t had the incident in the summer you would never guess anything was wrong with her, eating and drinking normally, sleeping through the night , enjoying walkies and generally looking contented and the picture of health. (See pic, just finished her meal)
Maybe there are underlying problems and , if so I hope we have caught whatever in time and that it can be controlled/cured and if there is nothing, it will have been an expensive clean bill of health! The consultation alone on Tuesday will be £300.
A good “doggy” friend is coming with me to keep me calm as it is about a 45 minute drive down the M1 then cross country to near Hitchin.
I wonder if anybody has had experience of Davies’s?
They seem to be our equivalent of Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick, just not only orthopaedic.
I shall be on pins and finding it hard to concentrate on anything else.
Birthdays and anniversaries all over the place - congratulations to you all ???
(What news of Lynne Hellogirl ? )
