No offence to Welsh in Chester or Scots in York

I knew about shooting Welsh in Chester and have made sure I left in time?

What really made me laugh was when we lived in Conwy and informed that we could go round the castle (built by the English Edward 1 to keep the Welsh out), for free! And all the English visitors had to pay!
