Just had a notification from Sainsbury's about today's delivery.

They can't deliver our PG Tips or my wine!! The end of the world is obviously nigh!:grin

Oh no what a dilemma. We are doomed.
No wine no tea boo hoo.

Checked my Sainsbury's order for tomorrow and all looks OK. Wine on its way plus food of course.

Chumbawamba - Tubthumping
He drinks a whiskey drink
He drinks a vodka drink
He drinks a lager drink
He drinks a cider drink
He sings the songs that remind him of the good times
He sings the songs that remind him of the best times

Did they foresee the pandemic?

My Tesco order is due later today. I have no email confirming any changes (which Sainsburys do) but whilst updating the order earlier in the week there were lots of things I couldn't order as out of stock. Some people are definitely stockpiling.

My local Sainsburys has plenty of toilet paper - they have a big stand near the entrance which usually has special offers full of toilet paper!

Nannan2 the computer set up for 'picking' is by word association South sees bkmbe and suggests Bath bomb. But the pickers do not have to use the suggestion but can use their common sense as my grandson says. When you think about it if you are in the ice cream section it makes no sense to trundle all the way to the person hygiene section to pick up a bath bomb. Especially as they are on a time limit and have a picking rate to stick to. But I suppose some people don't possess much common sense and work like an automaton.
