I miss Grandma Christmas! ?

The woman who previously graced the main page, holding a mug of coco or tea .. sitting on a sofa in front of a Christmas tree .. She was adorable! I miss her .. ?

She was comforting ..

I wonder if she'd adopt me?! ?

Maybe the reason she looks familiar is because she might be a stockphoto model? Just a thought ..

The woman in the image to left appears on Gransnet and the U.S. Social Security Administration website!

Gransnet uses stock photos all the time. I've noticed it especially in their cooking items. It dives me bonkers.

They might, for example use pictures of mushroom tagine to give "the idea" of a lamb casserole (with NO mushrooms) and so on. I have written to them about it as more than once I've gone to cook something only to discover it bears no relation to the image.
They don't care.
