I was sent one by my aunt who lives in Australia with Australian wildlife pictures, which l like very much and my mum gave me a slimline one with local scenery. Again, very nice to look at. I also have three perpetual calendars in different rooms so I should never forget the date.
One with images from the villages near where I live photographed by a friend. 4 holidays pencilled in already and a reminder of my husband’s big birthday later in the year.
I bought one from a friend this year, he is a talented amateur wildlife photographer and I couldn't resist the beautiful calendar he produced for 2021.
I always buy Merrill Osmond's Calendar! He usually signs it on my Birthday month for me but sadly he hasn't been able to sign this year's for me yet. I'm hoping he can before my birthday in July!
I received this from a friend this morning. Once I stopped laughing I thought wouldn’t it make a good calendar to hang on the fridge door or the biscuit cupboard.
My daughter always sends us a calendar which she collates online with photos of her and her lovely twins sons taken throughout the year. We also have an online dairy which my husband and I both share. Not much in for this year - hospital appointment for him, Tesco delivery and green bin collection days!
Another one for Eric the Penguin. Slim enough to hang between kitchen cupboards and easy to see all my hospital appointment dates, birthdays etc. I keep forgetting to look in our desk diary, which DH prefers.
Husband used to have a great 'desk calander' with large sheets for each month. They went on fridge door and had enough space in each day to write in important info. I now look about for a cheap calander with decent space for days. Sorry the pictures do not get displayed as each month is torn off. I can have about 6 at a time on tall fridge door. As I dont keep a diary, down the years those old calander have been useful to refer to so glad not thrown out at end of year.
