Thermal underwear from M&S - they look like thin jumpers but are so effective. An electric egg boiler/poacher. I could never guarantee good poached eggs, but Eggs Benedict with bacon, ham or smoked salmon and Eggs Florentine are regularly on the menu now.

My lovely Dualit classic toaster. Made in England by Robert.
The soda stream was last years Best Buy. Not, unfortunately, made in the U.K. but has saved so much money and plastic over the 18 months we have had it.

A boot Jack, makes getting wellies off so much easier after muddy dog walks.

Icebreaker merino base layers. They made walking so much more comfortable!

A small plug-in electric heater for the conservatory, which means that we can eat out there without wearing ten coats! It was very inexpensive to buy, is cheap to run and packs out a really decent heat. ? tchsmile

Shark vacuum cleaner - it is a bit heavy but sucks up so much dirt and pet hair. I think it has saved me ££ as I don’t need to wash my dirt trapper mats so often, the Shark gets them clean.

A wireless printer/copier/scanner to be able to print directly from the iPhone!

A small & compact retro turntable with cd and cassette player, FM radio, Bluetooth, playback from & recording to a memory stick. I’m having great fun unearthing my cd’s which I haven’t heard for some time and vinyl not heard in years. All for under £90!

Can't think of a thing

A rubber broom, removes so much hair and fluff from floors and carpets and stops the vacuum cleaner from getting clogged.
