Husband makes me a pot of Earl Grey every morning. He has brought me tea ever morning we’re together since I was pregnant with our first child (32 today). He orders the loose tea by the kg. It’s trumpeter and it’s lovely.
I’ve taken to making a pot of other tea most afternoons. They are loose teas from whittard, I’ve developed a taste for oolong, the gingersnap chai is lovely despite the name. When I have an empty jar I’ll get some of the whisky tea, it’s delicious.
I’m really not a coffee drinker and the menus in the coffee shops are so complicated I just stay away. Although once a lovely young girl at a railway station stall said to just describe what I fancied and she’d make a recommendation. I was so surprised, these places had always seemed so intimidating, like a secret society, she was so kind and understanding, it was lovely.
