Man tells judge he isn't a cat....

I've seen a couple of lockdown howlers this week too. One was a woman who wanted to dye her hair bright ruby red and rather than risk splashing the dye around her bathroom, she got her son to drive her, dressed in bin bags as protection, to the local car wash wash! It looked like an abattoir with red dye all over the place!

The other was a young woman in America who, because of being unable to get to the shops to get strong hold hair spray, used Gorilla Glue spray instead She ended up in hospital where they tried to remove it with solvents but that burnt her head. A month later and she's still trying to dig it out of her head! She's hoping to sue the manufacturer because it doesn't actually say that it shouldn't be used as hair spray. <<shakes own head in disbelief>>

Glue girl would be pretty without the ridiculous lashes and silly hair. Still, the glue will flake off in time - probably taking the hair with it! Some people have to learn the hard way.

Reminds me of the stupid people (yes, heaps of them!) who put superglue in their eyes ^thinking it's eyedrops.

I use teams (not zoom) but to change the background you have to download the app, it doesn't work if you just open it in browser

The cat really made me laugh he looks so sad too!

What made me laugh was the cat's little mouth 'speaking'!

I thought the car one was hilarious. I watched it three times. I am not a cat

I've watched the Zoom cat several times and it's given me a much needed giggle. Just wish I knew how to apply one of these filters myself!

I've seen the cat incident, it's refreshing that it was actually the judge who had the sense of humour to let it be published in the media. I worked in the courts here in the UK many years ago and generally a sense of humour from the magistrates was not apparent, even for the odd funny occurrence in court. Very entertaining and brightened the day!

The ‘glue girl’ could well be awarded damages. There have been many such cases, especially in America, which is why manufacturers put stupid warnings against every eventuality on products.
One that comes to mind is the lady who thought that ‘cruise control’ on the motor home she was driving was like autopilot on a plane. She set it, and went into the rear to make a drink. After the subsequent crash she successfully sued the manufacturers for not explaining the controls properly.
Cases like these explain why you are warned that the coffee you have bought could be hot!

"Chewbacca". not sure which is funniest, the fact she prayed her hair with the glue, or the fact she thinks she can sue because the glue omits to say don't spray hair with it!!
