Realised at 5.20pm on Christmas Eve I had a urine infection! Phoned the surgery (luckily still open) and asked for a particular antibiotic I'd had before. Said they'd phone back which they did at 5.30pm. Said the prescription was being phoned through to the pharmacy, which closes at 6pm. I walked to the pharmacy and had the prescription in my hand by 5.50pm just before they closed.
How's that, from phoning the doctor to the drug in my hand in 30 minutes! Fantastic service.
