Funeral with a difference yesterday

I REALLY like the sound of that send off. Quite lovely and absolutely all that is necessary (desirable in my case). I also have a warmed heart at the thoughtfulness of the Crematorium being so accommodating.

That is so lovely. I have been to a couple of woodland non-religious services and they were absolutely beautiful.

That's a lovely way to see someone off, and nice that the Crem staff let you do it that way. I bet he would had a chuckle about it.
I totally agree with the no fuss funeral, have written down that there is to be no service etc when I turn my toes up.

That all sounded normal and natural to me. I'm sure the deceased would have approved. His wishes were granted.

Witzend, so glad you enjoyed, (is that the right word?) the funeral yesterday.
We also had a funeral, my brother, and although sad, it was nice to see relatives and friends, even if it was for such a fleeting time.
When we are all allowed to meet up properly, we will, and celebrate him again then.

That’s just how we’ve said we’d like our funerals to be.
