brook I can’t tell you much about the old days of the Argy as it began before I was born ?. Lemongrove was the landlady when I arrived as an innocent young thing venturing out of soop’s kitchen for the first time. I had never heard of poteen, in fact, alcohol had never passed my lips .
The Admiral and Captain were already here and we had the lovely Chewy from the the sewage works who was a regular.
We must get lemon to come in and ply her with booze and we can sit at her feet and listen to the tails of the start of the Argy.
