I live over 200 miles from where I was born. I moved about 12 miles from there when I got married. We then moved to Falmouth, Cornwall, after 4 years we moved to Western Australia, Perth. My first child was born there and we moved back 3 years later..We then lived in Bournemouth for 5 years. My second child was born here, a son. when he was 2 we moved to Banbury Oxfordshire. We lived in Banbury for 28yrs. My husband died there and I moved back down South. I now live in Weymouth Dorset, I am 81 so maybe my moving is not over yet.

I was brought up in Highbury London...I now live in Essex which I love...I would never go back to London even if I could afford it

I was born a yellowbelly but moved to Essex when I was 3. So though I sound like an Essex girl I soon pick up the accent when I go back to visit family. So 128 miles away for me.

Born in St Albans Hertfordshire, grew up in Luton (Bedfordshire), moved to London for 5 years then moved back to Northamptonshire in 1989. Lived in Milton Keynes for a couple of years from 98-2000 then moved back to Northamptonshire where I still live but looking forward to moving to West Yorkshire in around 7 years time when I retire to be nearer my eldest daughter.
