Yes. Why not? I'm off to buy some Euro numbers for tomorrow's draw!

grandtanteJE65 Thu 03-Jun-21 13:31:16

Most assuredly not! I am scared of heights and to a lesser degree of water. Never been a confident swimmer, either.

rozina Thu 03-Jun-21 13:44:10

I absolutely would at a minute's notice!

grannyJillyT Thu 03-Jun-21 13:50:03

Yes! Love to

Aepgirl Thu 03-Jun-21 14:00:16

Not likely to get the chance!

grannyactivist Thu 03-Jun-21 14:00:16

Not for a million pounds!?

Kartush Thu 03-Jun-21 14:22:15

That would be no

Joesoap Thu 03-Jun-21 14:22:39

I walked on a glass floor at the SKY TOWER in Auckland that was enough for me!

icanhandthemback Thu 03-Jun-21 14:22:55

Probably not! We have a pool in our garden and it hasn't helped me with a fear of drowning. I just can't breathe properly in the water.

Yorki Thu 03-Jun-21 15:02:35

Me too... Tallulah... I'd love to give it a try.

Tusue Thu 03-Jun-21 15:15:41

?count me in deffo?

Hithere Thu 03-Jun-21 15:40:47

The glass floor on CNN tower in Toronto was also very interesting.

Sawsage2 Thu 03-Jun-21 15:59:20

Definitely yes?

Maggiemaybe Thu 03-Jun-21 16:07:40

I did a tap dance on the glass floor of the Jin Mao in Shanghai when people were daring each other to step on it (yes, showing off shamelessly) when it was the third or fourth highest building in the world. It’s around 34th now. I’d love to experience some of the very highest.

Unfortunately DH hates heights so I can guarantee I’ll be on my own when I do. smile

varian Thu 03-Jun-21 16:08:05

I'd love to but maybe not for as few more years. I'm planning to take up dangerous sports in my nineties when I've got less to lose.

Maggiemaybe Thu 03-Jun-21 16:18:06

I’ve always said I’ll take up smoking again if I make it to my 90s, but I think the craving’s wearing off now. I gave up 40 years ago. grin

Treetops05 Thu 03-Jun-21 16:49:43

No, I'd be terrified.

Craftycat Thu 03-Jun-21 17:15:36

Not a chance!! But then I am not a very good swimmer anyway.

Talullah Thu 03-Jun-21 17:17:34

Maybe all those who would like to have a go should rock up and get them to allow us in. Such fun smile

Tooyoungytobeagrandma Thu 03-Jun-21 17:29:08

HELL NO??

CBBL Thu 03-Jun-21 17:33:01

I think my fear of heights would put me off, but if it was a "paid for treat" - I'd take of my specs and give it a go. I'm partially sighted and have very little vision, so I definitely wouldn't be able to see much around me, or even below me!

Marmight Thu 03-Jun-21 17:34:35

No way. I reckon it’s an accident waiting to happen ?

stewaris Thu 03-Jun-21 17:41:28

Absolutely no way. In my head there are also a few expletives in there. However, I know a few adrenaline junkies who would just love it.

Catterygirl Thu 03-Jun-21 17:51:11

I am not a daredevil but quite a good swimmer, so a definite YES from me. Wonder how much the apartments cost.

Nightsky2 Thu 03-Jun-21 17:55:50

Having stepped onto the glass floor of the Commonwealth Tower in Toronto several years ago it’s a definite no.
