No I didn't. I wish I had. I went away to college the following month and IoW was all people talked about.
I did see Leonard Cohen in late 60s at the Albert Hall. Loved him.
And saw him again on his last UK tour. Loved him

I wasn’t allowed, too young, to rub salt into the wound I had to go with my Mum and Auntie to Southsea for the day where all the ‘hippies’ were waiting about for ferries, not fair!

I've always LCs music but when you actually listen to the lyrics they're often quite depressing really. My all time favourite is Closing Time.

I was there! I was 17 and had to beg my parents to be allowed to go. My favourite performers were Hendrix, and Emerson, Lake and Palmer.

Just watching an old DVD of this concert, which we found when having a clear out, but we will be keeping. People look so innocent then comparatively and I just wondered if anyone here was there. I've never been to a festival myself.
