It is doing my head in. Surely if someone makes a mistake, they take responsibility for it and just say sorry. Why do they have to say things like
I'm sorry you feel that way
It is/was unfortunate BUT
That is unusual, no one has ever raised that before
Protocol suggests otherwise
etc etc
never an apologise or admission of wrong doing, just buck passing. It's infuriating
I can only apologise you feel that way ARGHHHHHHHHH
I don't want you to apologise for how I feel. I want you to do your bloody job properly fgs
