I did struggle about what to do with mine 10 months ago, but I’m still struggling.

Gosh, if I had such a sum I could buy a new thread for cross stitching every 6 weeks

I believe it's been the same amount since 1975. How's that for inflation?

Happy birthday! I hope you have a lovely day, and maybe treat yourself to a little something with your windfall.

(have a great day anyway, Lovetopaint ?

I would write to my MP telling them about your grateful appreciation of their government's largesse.

I’m not sure you can even buy a stamp for that!

Someone is coming to our local coffee shop tomorrow morning to talk about investments - so there you go!

Invest. No point in being reckless with such a large sum.

Yes, got sent a letter from the Government, no less, all two pages of it. Details of how I can dispute the offer I am being given. The offer is - wait for it - 25p a week. Now I have a problem what shall I do with it? Invest or save.
