Hi Rufus, tomorrow the nuances of the expected opening up on the 19th will be announced, we’ll see.
Watching the men’s final at Wimbledon as a preface to the main event in 3 hours and 15 minutes….
Well done indeed to Ashleigh and deserved.
We’re awaiting the rain, it’ll be a damp wander to the local in a couple of hours or so. ?????????????????????
Take care ?

Hi Rufus2. We've spent all day getting to this little spot near PortPatrick. Currently sitting in a stiff breeze drinking tea and being deafened by the waves breaking on the shore. Very relaxing.
Covid regulations abound here as everywhere else. For the best.
Anyway cheers for now.

Evening Rufus lovely to see Ash get that trophy. I am out at the moment and just stopped for my cafe break. Leaving now as the weather has just gone very overcast and I want to get back to the car before the heavens open.
Keep well.

Evening All! Let’s hear it for Ash! Well done and I was especially pleased to see a Wimbledon official adding her name to the Honours board and using her Title “Miss”.
They certainly do things proper-like at English sporting venues; Years of tradition, I suppose! smile
Had a nice chat again with our niece in Bideford and having had Covid19 a while ago she now has a leaky roof due to lots of rain! sad
As they say, “if never rains, but it pours!”

Victorians travelling in NSW have been urged to get back to our side of the border by midnight tonight as it will be closed; I imagine most will have, because Schools re-open from tomorrow., I think!
Can’t keep up with this variant of musical borders!

Great Wall of China is on TV again this evening’ W e could all do with a few more of those!
Clear and cold again this evening! 9C; that’s 1C hotter than last evening! Feels like 1C.

Infinity2 Careful! We don’t want you falling flat on your face trying to curtsey through all your wobbly toasts! grin
Have you tried Barchester Chronicles for a change? Isn’t that the one with slimey Obediah Slope?
Don’t forget to reorganise your toilet rolls cupboard; you never know when you might need extra storage space!

Not much else to report on Covid, not that you want to know when compared to your new cases stats. Seems incredible that all those earlier precautions are now considered unnecessary!
I guess the experts know best
