Good Morning everyone from another sunny day on the Med’ - 37 in the shade yesterday, so a lot of floating in the pool took place.

I feel for you, dragon - we lost a dear friend and a small piece of our hearts, so suddenly just a couple of months ago. Wishing better health for your DiL and much calmer, happier days again for you - very soon. Susan not the visit you planned or wanted today, my heart goes out to you both. Take care on the journey to see the dear, gentle man you loved.??

She’s an inspiration, Grandmadinosaur a lovely, crazy, spirited soul - so brave in the face of past tragedy, no stranger to controversy or saying what she feels is right; always an hilarious view on the mundane and very ordinary things in life which bind us together and make us rage! She’s still here. Her light still shines - you only had to read her recent post to see just that. I’ll mourn if and when that light goes out - we all will. Today, Monday, needs to be Grab’a’Mingo Day, ? I think. They probably don’t like being grabbed but today needs to be an exception for a bunch of Grans on the lookout for some cheer and positivity. Let’s make it a good day…..and if we can, let’s push away our worries and fears and sadness even for a little while. Celebrate the life that we’re so lucky to have.

Busy day for me and my measuring tape. Confirmation at 7:00am that the rest of our slabs are on their way. Arriving any moment. Sent a text to DS yesterday as I've not heard from him for just over a month. Text back from the hospital. He was there with DGD who was having an xray on her arm. I hope for a call today to know a little more.

I hope Panache is getting out with her friends and starting to relax.

Good morning from sunny Colchester. There's a breeze and it's not forecast to be too warm.
Washing is blowing on the line.
DH is off for a couple of days. He's walking with a couple of his friends. This means I can get on unhindered until lunchtime when DS gets out of bed. I'll get the kitchen floor mopped and go out to get some bits and pieces in the nearby shops.

Yesterday, paid a visit to DS and family as they have just returned from 2 weeks in St. Ives. They all had a tan, despite the mixed weather.

I am out with u3a canal group today on a visit to Coventry on the train. So I need to get ready soon as we are meeting at 9.30

Best wishes for olddudders today *Ashcombe, and hoping a solution is found. Glad you will both be reunited soon.

Good morning from an overcast ( again) N. Bucks.
? for susan and anyone else who needs cheering.
Nothing special planned today so I’d better talk myself in to catching up with some housework and must start to think about some projects for our craft club.
We have just booked a week away in our caravan next month. We are going near Southampton so will get DH busy finding places to visit. Any one local have suggestions ?
