Makes you feel high.
A big sausage roll
Is good for the soul.
But here is the question,
Do they cause indigestion?

I eat apples with a lovely crunch
I think I'll have one with my lunch

Eating onions will not cure bunions and its not a good idea to wear meat on your feet.

Yikes I've just seen a mouse,
he's tucking in to my plate of scouse!

Any green veggies get on my wick
Serve them to me and I’ll be sick
I much prefer deep fried cod or hake
Hence why I’ve put on so much weight!

I really hate courgettes its true- so i would not open door to you! I prefer dumplings and a stew, ( so i might make some for dinner!) ?

My local bakery has my favourite treat

We used to say meat and potato pie, but the most ingredient has to come first now !!!!

What I really like the most
Is scrambled egg with lots of toast

A delicious steak pie,
It's pastry so short and so crispy....
Slid off the hot plate....
Ended up in a state,
And we had to resort to the whisky.

To be sure of fitting in to your jeans, take care not to overdo the baked beans

Oh no a motley stew
Could really make me spew
He was a dog of far renown
Till caught and rendered down
In a Mutley stew.

Something I love is a tasty fish supper
With bread and butter and a nice hot cuppa

Followed by a McDonald’s McFlurry! ?

As can a plainly grilled courgette-
Which triggers home grown veg en-nui

The neighbours hide behind frilly white nets
When they see me approach with a bag of courgettes

And tape their letterboxes shut
To stop me posting my seasonal glut

Please take some of my nice zucchinis
You can wash them down with a few martinis

I’ll leave them just inside the porch
Oh heck, is that a new blow torch?

You’re still eating the ones I left last year?!
That flame is very near my ear

I’m going now, I’ll close the gate
You’re sure you wouldn’t like a crate?

Or what the French call ratatou …
