It’s a civil case, there is no international convention to recognise and enforce US civil judgments in England unless a defendant voluntarily submits to the jurisdiction of the US court. I was looking for a reliable source trisher, not the Daily Mail. I couldn’t find one, although my google skills are actually quite good. If you can find it please post, as I’m sure any decent source would explain the legalities, which is the most important element.
