e-bay scam a new one

I am so suspicious now that I rarely open emails from organisation I don’t know or haven’t contacted myself. I remove myself from emails if I no longer want updates eg I might sign up to buy a product but then click on unsubscribe as soon as their emails with “offers” start to arrive.

Phone calls I just decline politely then hang up.

It’s a scam I had one very similar from pay pal take no notice and delete
Look at the email address it it ll probably be lots of letters and numbers but definitely not ebay (or paypal)
Just delete
