You are most welcome Audi10. My advice as an ‘old-timer’ is to avoid all political threads, unless you are ready to be harangued by anyone who disagrees with you.

I started the ‘I’m a Pear’ thread, for anyone who wants to lose a bit of weight and without exception they are a lovely lot who have joined me. We have been going 3 years non-stop. Our mantra is ‘Eat Less for Life’. If you are a slim Jim perhaps you could give us some tips.
