Covid help

Yes you can get a pcr test posted if you have been exposed to a known positive. We had to recently due to my sons work colleague. I think it's 3 to 5 days after exposure? Probably says on the packet

It is daft! but Nana, fwiw I was double vaccinated and sat in a car with someone positive with covid for 3 hours (unknowingly) and did not catch it, so fingers crossed. I'd order a pcr test though, we did xx

It seems very daft to me JaneJudge and I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't read it myself because gain, it seems very daft

It's frustrating. We've been using masks etc. Only collected granddaughter, as he was really stuck. Usually give granddaughter dinner but due to covid took her straight home

Sorry, I hadn't realised this. We are still being very sensible

JaneJudge vaccinated and under 18s no longer isolate if there is a positive in the house. Makes me very uncomfy.

She shouldn't have been in school if your son was positive but it's too late now. I hope you are ok and they make a good recovery

There is little input we can give I'm afraid. You will just have to take all necessary precautionary steps and get yourself tested. Fingers crossed for you that you remain clear.
