Today according to Google is National Grandparents Day!.

Here's a shout out to all us grandparents and the hard and enjoyable work we do.

I just found out from Google doodle that it was Grandparent's Day. I also found out this week, whilst doing family history, that it was my long departed grandfather's birthday

. I had already decided that I would have a drink today to his memory, so now I am going to have two.

I only realised when a friend sent me a message. As Kim19 says every day is Grandparents Day.
