Good morning, Michael and all GNs. The sun is out in South Yorkshire. We have an in-day today. I will clean the kitchen and DH will do a bit of light gardening. We had a nice walk and a light lunch yesterday in one of our parks. Lovely to walk along the river. DS rang last night to bring us up to speed with their holiday doings and it was nice to hear the weather has been reasonably kind to them, but Snowdon has been wreathed in cloud all week, so they have given up the idea of walking up it (thank you, God!).
My thoughts will be with GrandMattie and her lovely family today ?.
May the day be kind to one and all.

All well here in the blustery Scottish Borders. I survived my tooth extraction - thanks for your good wishes. I'm off on a long walk today with the U3A. I hope I can keep up.

Good morning Mick and all from chilly, but sunny Lueneburg.
I just popped in to wish grandMattie strength for today.
I have packed my suitcases for Sunday and I am now getting all the paperwork into order. I am taking lots of papers so that I can apply for the Brit. Nationality for my granddaughter, who lives here.
Hopefully, I shall shortly be on that train to Liverpool. Thanks Urms - lovely photo. I shall not be on it so early, though. Where are all the missing posters?
