Another here who will be thinking of you today, this saddest of days, grandMattie.

Good morning everyone from South Manchester where is dry and the sky is just lightening in the east. I’m off for a nice long stroll late morning with my walking buddy. Months since I’ve seen her as we were in Spain all summer. I will get takeaway coffees from down in the square and we shall catch up on life’s been treating us. ‘Not often enough’ my dear late mum used to say.

Hope the 3 grans enjoyed their meet up in Essex yesterday! Ooh, amselerin the 7am train to Liverpool Lime Street has just left platform 2. The station is all lit up. I shall take a photo for you.

Good morning from a dry NE.
Yesterday DD and SIL helped me tick off a few more jobs on my list and they popped to the shops for soup ingredients before going home.
I received a text to make an appointment for my booster, the online venues were ridiculous so I rang the GP and they arranged an appointment in town for Sunday afternoon. The family will be visiting so I have asked for one of them to take me for the vaccination while the others look after DH.
Thinking of grandMattie today flowers

Good morning, Mick and all who follow from a mild feeling Torbay.

This afternoon, I plan to travel to my holiday home for a couple of nights while the weather is more settled and I have no other commitments.

My thoughts and prayers are with dear grandMattie and her family for strength as they face a very sad day. I hope Philip's funeral service will give them comfort in their loss. ✝️ God bless you all.

For all facing difficulties: ?????

Good morning from a still dark E Kent.
Shall have to face today’s funeral and “after party” with strength and the support from you lovely, affectionate and strong virtual friends. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Grab any happiness you can. Carpe diem. ?????
