Our wills were done years ago. Unfortunately I lost my husband 3 years ago unexpectedly, so my husband's is cleared up. Just mine for our eldest to do when I go. Not that I'm planning too, for a long time.
I've updated my will. My pre-payment funeral is in place. I'm paying for that monthly through the Co-Op up to my 70th birthday. Not a worry my kids have.
All my papers together, list of things I want at my celebration of life service such as songs, readings etc. Made things easier as we had it in place for my late husband too.
I've 4 youngsters. There is only my eldest in charge of clearing everything up, for a reason.
I've got letters and instructions written up for them all such as what to do etc. on the various things they will need to do and I will write letters for them later on in life.
I'm Ms Organised. I work in complex administration, my late mom worked in legal so I know what's needed. I've cleared up 2 family wills. I've also helped with simple wills for 3 people I know
Helped others with there's. You can write your own will if it's simple. Templates online.
Please get a will. Many don't. The additional complications it leaves without one is heinous.
