I came across a petition on change.org that I wanted to sign (it is about adding subtitles to TV programmes and films to improve things for deaf people) but I didn't sign it because I don't like the "black and white" options about future emails from change.org, the option to hide my email did not work, and because I find the organisation just too pushy.
Regarding the email options, you have a choice between hearing about the progress of the petition you've just signed and other relevant issues or not hearing about the one you're signing or any others. From past experience I find this too intrusive if you choose the yes option. I would like to hear about the petitions I sign but I don't need nudging about other issues. I can find them myself.
I doubt I'm the only person who would sign some petitions if it weren't for the imposition of constant unwanted nudges.
It’s been a while so I will start us off…….whats for supper and why?
