It probably is, but does sound very alarming…

No, I thought it was termed ‘on inspiration’ when breathing in and ‘on expiration’ when breathing out?

Perhaps I ought to have just said ‘breathing out’...
?

Good morning all- still dark here but I dare say there will be some weather going on later. The last few days have been lovely and the autumn colours from my bedroom window, just spectacular.
I too hope you are not “expiring” Urmstongran !
(I’d recommend exhaling as an alternative) gringrin
Baubles I hope you are on the mend- never underestimate the apparently “humble” stomach bug.
Norovirus-if it was that- is very nasty indeed. I remember calling a Dr out to Paw back in the day and while she was here his eyes rolled back in his head (he was in bed) and he just passed out. Scary.
Wishing us all a pleasant Thursday.

No probs, Urms, but a bit worried about your “expiring”! ? Hope it’s only this super cold, and you feel better soon. ❤️

Apologies. I got an Error 504 message and the screen froze producing the irritating double post.

That’s lovely *grandMattie’!
Good morning everyone, I have no idea what it’s like outside, but hoping for some sunshine so I can start tidying the garden up. Putting the house up for sale so needs to be presentable too.
Not a lot else planned, will take the adolescent pup for her walk first thing, she’s gorgeous and makes me smile ?

Good morning everyone from south Manchester where to still dark, but dry and seems mild. I’ve been awake since 3am with a cough and a headache. My chest seems a bit squeaky on expiration but I’m already wondering what to have for my breakfast so I can’t be that poorly. What’s the saying? ‘Feed a cold and starve a fever’ I think.

Anyway, no plans so I can finish watching ‘The Crown’ later, doze a bit, keep warm, take paracetamol and fluids while I wait for it to peak and pass.

Good morning. It’s still dark here, but I hope to see some ☀️ sunshine later.
I couldn’t decide whether to go funk6 or traditional with my friend’s tote, so I did one in each side. Just got the handles to attach.
Spanish class this morning - it would be. SO nice to meet cara-a-cara again, but zoom does an adequate job.
Hope you feel better, bauble, what a scare! GS, I hope your DH isn’t too uncooperative and despite the difficulties, you are benefiting from the situation; jax, the family is coping; Auntieflo, each day brings its own little victories and joys.
Carpe diem. ????❤️☀️?❤️??

Good Morning Everyone ,
Its dark but a dry start here in brackley this morning, today will be an interesting day.
I am getting a bus early to Bicester around 9 , as I have a booster jab at chemists which is on the bus route , I am hoping that I can walk in early before time given, and then catch another bus or walk into Bicester to do my usual routine .
Yesterday , I played the new ABBA CD and its a good selection , if Sweden entered them into the Eurovision ,40 years on would be interesting .
Take Care,
Mick
