Why isn’t cyber flashing included in the Online Safety Bill?

I think flashing in real life is minimised as well, its seen as funny, it's not, and is often a behaviour in men who go on to commit violent sexual crimes.

Conservative MP Fay Jones wants cyber flashing to be criminalised but it isn’t included in the Online Safety Bill. She is campaigning for it to be dealt with. Another case of what’s illegal offline should be illegal online. Women are frequently receiving online images they would rather not have. If someone flashes in the street they get arrested, but 100 can do it online and get away with it.
