Calm and uncluttered. Definitely no TV.

High gloss white wardrobes, 3 pale grey walls, turquoise maximalist feature wall with herons. Dark grey duvet cover with a tiger on it to match the orange ottoman. I only wanted the ceiling replastered but husband thought differently! Although surprisingly I do find it quite calm.

Mine is quite plain. Neutral coloured carpet and walls with a teal coloured throw and vase to add some colour.

You see, Maw, we have a variety of cats just waiting to add to (or spoil) any design we might decide upon!!

My bedroom is very small. There is a large bedroom here which I used to sleep in but it gave me the creeps. I always felt some sort of spookiness in there. So one of my grandchildren helped me move everything one day, a couple of years, ago into the small spare room. I love it! It's warm and cosy and there are no spooks.
It's a mish mash of colours and small bits and pieces of furniture and a single bed only. But I love it.
I told you I was strange grin

My bedroom is painted 'Almond white' the wardrobes are a similar shade of wood. My curtains are quite old (nearly 30 years old) but i love the impressionist style pattern on them in deep pink, purple green and yellow swirls of flower heads. My duvet is white with a trim of deep pink and lime green ribbon. I find it quite calming.

Calm, shades of cream, gold and cranberry red.
Pale wood and a white and black greyhound for accent.

Calm primrose yellow walls, pale green carpet, dramatic full length curtains, full wall of mirrored wardrobes and Chinese furniture. It's my haven.

I like calm, neutral colours, light coloured furniture and everything tidied away.

I find dark colours depressing.

I don’t think I could sleep in a busy room with lots of stuff around either.

Just plain. That’s me.

Calm. Off White walls, wooden floor, grey rug with no pattern, grey table lamps, white ceiling light, silver curtains and minimal stuff on tables. I have cosy winter bedding on at the moment, but I'll change it to grey tartan in the new year.

Mine is Parisienne chic, metal bed with lovely bedspread and a cosy throw folded at the bottom which I can pull up if I'm chilly to cover the whole bed. Lovely decorative cushions. Fake chandelier type light fitting. Cream furniture with brass handles that match the bed. I love it. No telly, just a bedside table with a touch lamp. I absolutely love it

Mine is quite calm I think. We have grey painted wardrobes and drawers, a really comfortable orthopaedic bed with a plain upholstered headboard, printed curtains but plain walls with art on. We have fairy lights round a mirror and an unusual light fitting which looks like the moon grin We have a mixture of bed linen dependant on mood so keeping it plainer helps iykwim

We have, rather inadvertently, embarked on redoing the whole house (or most of it!)

Our bedroom is next! I am torn between a calm, plain ish room or a dramatic room.

What is yours like?
