It's bloomin' cold I know that much. Maybe if it snowed the temperature might go up a notch. I think being near the sea stops snow in its tracks because of the salt air.
All I pray for is that it's alright underfoot.

Here in West Yorkshire we had a little flurry about an hour ago, lasted about 5 mins! Nothing now, except rain.

Sleet is forecast for Glasgow, no sign of it so far.

Snowed here in the North Pennines on Monday evening and it's mostly still here. We had fine snow this morning but it seems to be turning wetter.

Briefly in Cheadle, followed by sleet then rain.

Bright with bits of blue sky right now in Glasgow. It’s 7C outside so snow is unlikely. We had drizzle earlier.

Here in North Cheshire it has been just what the BBC weather forecaster predicted. Snow, sleet, rain - sometimes all in the same minute. Now it's fairly dry, but so cold!

Just a very few half-hearted flakes this morning in the North-East (Scotland, not England) but nothing since. Cold and a bit breezy though.
